Welcome to Beverford district primary school

Beverford District Primary School currently has 32 students.  We are 10 minutes north of Swan Hill on the Murray Valley Highway, servicing families in Swan Hill as well as Tyntynder, Vinifera, Woorinen, and Nyah districts. Our bus runs from the Swan Hill township to Vinifera and services everywhere in between.

Set back from the highway along School Road, the grounds are spacious, well maintained and well set out. The features of the grounds are a large deck area, undercover basketball court, extensive adventure play equipment, oval and covered gaga ball pit. The school was renovated seven years ago into a modern and flexible learning environment with open and collaborative spaces. Visitors often comment about the positive, nurturing feeling as they stroll through our buildings.  The school also features a multi-purpose room where specialist subjects are taught.

Our point of difference is we offer individualised learning programs for all students. Every teacher knows every student, this means that together strengths can be nurtured and needs fostered. We're all in it together and are one big family at Beverford. The school is a strong learning community with high expectations on behaviour and academic achievement. Students are supported by our school values of Respect, Resilience and Responsibility, ensuring they thrive in our unique rural setting.

Beverford District Primary School acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we learn, work and live, the people of the nation and pay our respects to Elders past and present. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
